The Table of Contents (TOC) feature is a dropdown menu available on all platforms that allows the user to access the tablet of contents wherever they are in the publication from an icon on the in-edition toolbar.
To populate your table of contents menu, go to Settings > TOC and select a relevant page label from the dropdown, enter a description for that menu item and then click Add. Repeat these steps for each item in the table of contents menu.
Note: Users can sort by the page label or the description alphabetically by selecting the require radio button.

If your table of contents menu is very similar week-after-week or month-after-month, then you can use the Bulk Upload option to upload a csv using the option on the right:

After adding your table of contents item, simply generate an new preview link to see the table of contents menu in action:
