You can bulk upload subscribers to a subscription group using a CSV file with a series of columns containing subscriber information.
In the subscriber overview screen, click Bulk Upload to see the following screen:
Each entry in the CSV or TXT file should have the following format:
- password
- firstnames
- surname
- town/city*
- region*
- country*
- username*
- start date*
- end date*
The order of the fields can be changed if their names (written as above) are included as headers on the first line of the file.
The first four entries are mandatory, the remaining six are optional, but will be added in the order specified by the format.
At the bottom of this article, you can find two template CSV files that you can download and use.
