In December 2022, we announced support for Google Analytics 4 on the YUDU Publisher platform, allowing you to track the performance of your digital publications.
From July 1st 2023, the standard Universal Analytics properties on Google Analytics no longer collect data. If you're currently using Google Analytics, you should have been notified of this change by Google.
From a YUDU perspective, you’ll need to have moved to GA4 and updated the settings in your YUDU Publisher account to continue tracking the performance of your digital publications with Google Analytics.
The platforms that you publish your digital editions to - Web, iOS and/or Android - will dictate how GA4 is setup on YUDU Publisher.

App Clients (iOS, Android and Web Browser)
It will require app updates + additional setup in order to integrate the digital editions within your iOS and Android applications with GA4.
Please email support@yudu.com and request an app technician to guide you through this process.
Note: be aware that Google Analytics data is populated by tracking different metrics to that of YUDU Publisher. We advise that you select only one means of tracking since the figures will vary.
