Changes in preview/proofing link not reflected on live link

If you find that recent changes you have made to a publication have not pulled through into the live link for your digital publication, please ensure that you have carried out the following:

  • Remembered to save/submit the changes within the overlay editor when editing your publication
  • Regenerated a preview link and checked this is correct before republishing
  • Allow at least 30-40 minutes for the servers to update with the latest version

Having followed the steps above it may be possible that your internet browser has stored the older version in cache. In order to refresh this, you must first clear the cache by viewing the following guides:

Clear your browser cache

Clear your flash cache

Should the old version still appear, it may be that your network cache is storing the old version - please ask your network administrator to check/clear this for you.

Following all the above points, should your publication still view as the older version, please submit a support request using the Talk To YUDU button at the bottom right of the screen - the YUDU Support team would be happy to look into this for you.
