YUDU are able to process a refund if an automatic renewel has gone through (within 14 days) or if you purchased the service in error.
If you have purchased the service and gone beyond the 14 day threshold we cannot process a refund.
To process a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Email address of the account
- Purchase Date
- Proof of purchase
Note - The email support service can be expected to turn around your query within 24 hours, however this is typically less (depending on service usage).
