Why Can't I Publish To HTML/IOS/Android/Flash?

When logging in to YUDU Publisher you will be met with your client area where your username has been setup. This username has a set of permissions assigned as to the level of package that you have taken out with YUDU, however this can be also due to a number of factors.

I Would Like To Publish

If you wish to upgrade to publish to a particular platform, you can call the account management team on +44 (0) 870 760 9258 or on livechat, selecting the Sales option to discuss your requirements.

I Should Be Able To Publish

Of course we are only human and therefore if you believe that your user permissions are incorrect and that you should be able to publish to a particular platform, contact the support team using the livechat facility in the bottom right to discuss your user login permission changes or call the team directly who will confirm your details and amend your permissions accordingly.

I Previously Published My Edition And Now I Must Reprocess Files?

If the edition was published previously on flash/ios/android, to publish on HTML you must ensure HTML5 Production is ticked under the Settings - General menu, then the PDF files reprocessed under the Files menu, otherwise a preview link may not generate.
